How long does it take?
Usually about 10 minutes after checkout. You can watch it being made, and we email you the links as soon as it's ready.
What photos work best?
Clear photos where faces are easy to see, in good light. Everyday moments are perfect: birthdays, the beach, baking, bedtime. Each photo becomes one page, so 6 to 12 photos make a book of 6 to 12 story pages.
Will it really look like my child?
Each page is painted from your own photo, so faces, hairstyles, glasses, clothes and pets stay recognizable. If a page doesn't feel right, reply to our email and we'll redo it.
Is it a printed book?
You get print-ready PDFs: the storybook, a coloring book with every page, and (if you add them) frame-ready prints. Read them on any screen, print at home, or have a local print shop bind a keepsake copy.
Can I change the story?
Yes. Reply to the delivery email with what you'd like changed (a name, a detail, a nicer line) and we'll send a new version.
What happens to my photos?
They're stored privately, used only to make your book, and deleted after 30 days. We never share them or use them for anything else.
What if we don't love it?
Email us within 14 days. We'll fix it, and if it still isn't right, we'll refund you.
