Terms and refunds

What you buy

All products are digital downloads (PDF, ZIP, spreadsheet files or a link to copy a Google Sheet). Nothing is shipped. You get access immediately after payment on the confirmation page and by email. Personalized storybooks are made after payment and usually arrive within about 10 minutes.

Personalized storybooks

Storybooks are illustrated and written with the help of AI from the photos and names you provide, so every book is unique and the pictures are artistic interpretations of your photos. You confirm that you may use the photos you upload. If a page or the story isn't right, reply to the delivery email and we'll redo it.

Licence

You may print and use the products as often as you like for yourself, your family, or one classroom. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe is the reseller of the order.

Right of withdrawal

Orders are sold through Stripe as reseller, and Stripe applies the cooling-off rules of your country. On top of that, our 14-day promise below gives you a refund on request, even after you have downloaded the files.

Our 14-day promise

Even so, if a product isn't right for you, email support@softhorizonstudioco.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

Download links

Download links work for 30 days. Please save your files. If you lose them, write to us.

No medical or financial advice

Our products are for everyday organisation and enjoyment. They are not medical, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
